Wholesale Terms and Conditions


Wholesale pricing is shown on each item, alongside the product’s RRP. VAT is not applicable, as I am not VAT registered.

Minimum Order

Minimum order value is £100.00 (exc. P&P). Certain products also have minimum quantity restrictions. The wholesale discount will not be applied to your cart until these minimums have been met.


As standard, my products are sent without any additional packaging. However, I am happy to package certain items – such as greeting cards – in clear biodegradable sleeves, if requested by the retailer; I’ll be in touch to discover your preference, once your order has been placed.

Wrapping paper sheets are sent flat as standard, rather than folded or rolled. If you have a particular preference, please discuss with me before placing your order.


Payment is via Stripe. Payments using Stripe use a tokenisation process. This ensures that Wrapped By Alice operates in a PCI-compliant way. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been made.

Lead Times

Lead times will vary depending on the contents of your order, and the volume of orders I’m experiencing at the time (e.g. between September and November you can expect longer lead times). Priority will be given solely on a first come, first served basis; I will not begin work on any order until payment has been made.

I will be in touch within 24 hours of your order being placed, to discuss your individual dispatch date; but, in normal circumstances, dispatch from date of ordering will take two to three weeks.

If you are not happy with the dispatch date, and a compromise cannot be reached, you will be provided with a full refund.

Shipping and Customs

P&P for all UK orders, regardless of size, is a flat fee of £10.00.

International orders are also welcome. P&P for these orders will be automatically calculated based on the contents of each specific order, and will be considerably higher than the UK charge.

All orders are dispatched from Sheffield, England. I don’t work exclusively with any one particular courier, but wholesale orders are only ever sent via a fully tracked service.

Customs charges on international orders (including EU orders) are the responsibility of you, the retailer, and I am not able to predict what these charges may be.

If duties are owed they will be charged in the destination country, and it is your responsibility, as the customer, to pay them. If customs and import taxes are owed, the receiving country will not release your items until they have been paid. You should be able to get guidance from your domestic customs service as to what charges to expect.

I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery Times

UK orders should normally arrive within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch. International orders should normally arrive within 3 to 7 working days of dispatch.

However, these times are not guaranteed, and can be affected by a number of external factors, such as peak times and customs delays.

Please also note that the Covid 19 pandemic is causing increased unpredictability in delivery times, particularly for items sent outside the UK. Therefore, be prepared for the possibility of substantial delays.

Returns and Exchanges

Requests for returns and exchanges should be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Other than in the case of damaged goods, all products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and at the cost of the retailer. Once received a refund or exchange will be issued.


You can request cancellation of an order you’ve already placed. However, if production is already in progress, cancellation of the order will incur a fee of up to 50% of the total value of the order. A refund of the remaining amount will be issued via Stripe.

Selling Platforms

My products must not be sold on any third-party marketplaces, such as ebay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. You may sell my products on your own, self-managed, online store, providing I have given prior consent.


Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure exclusivity when requested. Exclusivity will be within the retailer’s postcode area, and will become effective upon the purchase of their first order, and will be maintained by the retailer placing at least one order every 6 months. However, due to the nature of online purchasing, it may not always be possible to fully guarantee exclusivity.

Agreement of Terms and Conditions

By placing a wholesale order with Wrapped By Alice, retailers agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document.
