Sadly, I am having to temporarily close my shop, due to the Coronavirus pandemic. I am in the 'extremely vulnerable' category, and have been instructed to completely self-isolate; this makes the running of the business impractical at present. However, I will absolutely be reopening as soon as it is safe and practical to do so, and can't wait to get back to printing wrapping paper for you, my lovely customers!

Scottie Dog Print

My Scottie Dog print is a bold, limited edition art print, which is part of a run of only 50. Each print is A5 in size (21 cm / 8.3″ x 14.8 cm / 5.8″), and will be shipped to you unmounted.

The Printing Process

Hamish the Scottie Dog started out life as one of my original ink drawings. Using this illustration as a reference, I hand-carved a block cut of fesity little Hamish, sporting his dapper bow tie. I then use these carvings, along with archival inks, to hand make each print. Once I have finished printing, I sign and number each one; ready to be sent to its new home with you!

Materials Used

I print onto carefully selected, environmentally-friendly card stock. The 285gsm card which I use, is made from 80% recycled materials, and is a beautiful pale cream, with tiny pale brown scattered flecks and fibres. The print is A5 in size (21 cm / 8.3″ x 14.8 cm / 5.8″), and will be shipped to you unmounted.

Protected in Transit

Don’t worry, although your print will be shipped unmounted, it will be well protected on its journey to you! I’ll place your print in a cellophane bag, with a thick board at the back, to prevent any damage. Your print will then be placed inside a board-backed envelope for an extra layer of protection!
