What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Payment can be made via PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards, and a PayPal account is not required in order to make your purchase. PayPal provides a secure and independent transaction service, and your consumer rights are protected under PayPal Buyer Protection, for extra peace of mind.

Payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards can also be made via Stripe. Payments using Stripe use a tokenisation process. This ensures that Wrapped By Alice operates in a PCI-compliant way.

How Do I Know My Transaction Will Be Secure?

The Wrapped By Alice website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Payments can be made via PayPal or Stripe – both independent, secure, PCI compliant organisations.

Please see my Payment page for more detailed information.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

This will depend on a number of factors such as your location, and the delivery method you choose, as well as somewhat unpredictable elements, such as complications arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, adverse weather conditions or increased customs checks.

What Makes Your Products Eco-Friendly?

Recycled Materials

I use recycled materials in all of my products – all paper and card stock used is between 80% – 100% recycled. Also, apart from my kraft stickers, all raw materials are produced within the UK or EU, keeping air miles to zero.

If you click on the ‘Additional Information’ tab on each of my product pages, you will find the exact eco credentials of that item.

Water-Based Inks and Paints

Where possible I use only water-based inks and dyes in the printing of my products. A small proportion, however, do require oil-based inks, which I use sparingly in some of my hand-printed items.

Bio-Degradable Packaging

Wherever possible I use eco-friendly, bio-degradable packaging.

Presentation Packaging: where available, and if suitable for purpose, I always use corn starch presentation sleeves, rather than their cellophane counterparts. Product information is always printed on recycled materials.

Postage Packaging: I purchase only mailing containers made from cardboard, which are all 100% recyclable. I also use recycled paper packing materials. Where I do use plastic packaging, such as jiffy bags, or air pillows, this is in an effort to reuse this type of packaging which my suppliers’ orders often come in.

Are All Your Products Handmade?

The vast majority of my products are printed entirely by hand, by myself, at my home studio in Sheffield, England.

A small proportion of my wrapping paper and cards are printed by a local printing firm, using artwork produced from my original hand printings.

To find out what printing method has been used in the production of each product, simply click on the ‘Additional Info’ option within each listing.

Do You Accept Custom Orders?

Some of my products can be customised; if so, you’ll be asked to select which options you would like before adding the item to your cart.

How Do You Use My Data?

I collect certain types of data from visitors and customers, which I use for a number of legitimate purposes; to find out more please browse my Privacy Policy.
